As the share purchase is all dividend (-0.28c) you have to add the money from the share sale to the revenue side of yout tax return...
EG...so they will get the tax out of you that way potentially (although for local holders it is fully franked).
For someone like me that has big cap gains to offset this is brilliant...
Will sell into the offer to get capital loss and then buy the shares back on market.
