At today's prices, buyback does not look that attractive to me,...

    At today's prices, buyback does not look that attractive to me, if discount happens to be near 14% which it might be. Also, after emptying the kitty of $2b, how can TLS pay increased dividends? I realise the number of shares will shrink, so in the long term increase is possible. As I see it, in the medium term TLS can give us the buyback, or increased dividends, but not both. Don't get me wrong, TLS is a great business, so you can't go too wrong with it.
