it is the company re-investing the proceeds of the sale of their NSW clinics i believe. what does it mean for shareholders? well it provides a steady price floor around these levels, (ie the share price is not going to drop significantly while the share buy back is on-going). Eventually it will mean that there are 6% fewer shares on issue so holders will own more of the company (ie future returns should be higher per share).
