The company should commence a share buy back, at these prices it will add enormous value to shareholders.

Buy back 10% of outstanding shares, we have low debt levels and interest rates are low (Maybe even cut the dividend for a year, it would be tough but we would be better off in 2 or 3 years)
It would put a floor under the share price and over time increase EPS
