    The company has demonstrated a commitment to spending company(shareholder) funds on ventures such as:
    -Deep Radiology (bust)
    -Smart Antenna Technologies (might as well be bust)
    -EON Reality (IPO 20TBA)
    -Votiro ($15m+)

    Considering this, I don't think a $1 million share buyback could be considered extravagant.

    IMO this would attract other investors who aren't put off by the five year SP decline.

    Any thoughts from frustrated holders? Experience with EGMs?
