    I think the buy-back has been p1ss poor, perhaps they're waiting for better prices and then hit it hard. But the announced the buy back would begin on 5th Feb, it's now almost April and they've bought back 380,000 odd of 18,260,000 shares.
    They're going to have to get busy at some stage!
