Share Buy Back

Judging on the decline of our share price since the commencement date of the SBB one could assume that at this point the management haven't bought any shares back, down $0.11 at time of posting today, now under $4.00 ps.
I think i would have preferred the company to have paid a dividend with their excess cash rather than this SBB.
