They can't pay more the 5% above the average price over the previous 5 days.

Therefore there has been no "listing/legal" reason why DWS have not been buying stock.

I suspect they are waiting for a floor to be found before they begin the buy again.

I think the price will hold around these levels.. The divi % will support it somewhat.
