Look at it this way,
- if by some miracle Terria is successful IIN will have to issue a heap of stock anyway.
- IIN will have to take up some of the slack left by AAPT
- the lower AUD will push up the total cost well over $15 Billion
I'd rather see them using whatever means possible,including buybacks, to prop the sp now then having them forced to issue twice as much stock latter. It would be nice if they could get on with the buyback and try to move the price above $1.65
