It's hard to tell because the volumes are so low atm. If the buyback is somewhat substantial, the daily volume would pick up and swallow all those exiting and potentially sellers and reward those holding. How far that goes will be the question. I'm hoping (if it goes ahead) that a buy-back would benefit at least to the 3.5c level, or whereever Graham and Garry last invested a chunk of their own.
