I meant to add also .... I don't think that our directors are over-renumerated at all.
Just have a look at the many other small gold explorers / miners. A vast majority continually mine shareholders and have very little to show for it - and are very highly paid to boot.
This company is very well run and has the results to prove it.
Just cos mr. market is ignorant of the progress being made - that's not the hard-working directors fault !
