    Who is going to sell their shares to management at anywhere near the current share price. Not I. I bet not many of those who have bought over tha last few years at anywhere over 10 times the current share price.

    If management was planning to screw average shareholders, they would be feeding out much more negative news, more asset write downs and more doubt about the future of the company.

    Even of all that happened, how would they finance it?
    Not much chance of borrowing the money they need to buy out the majority of shareholders.

    Being public has worked well for SDG in the past. They have raised capital by new share issues and dividend re-investment while the market has been booming. I cant see why they would give that up.
