Still think OZL should be trading around the $16 mark even after the capital return and dividend.

Any thoughts then on the underlying reasons for an on market share buyback. Would have thought a targetted buyback of small shareholders post consolidation would have been better and more consistent with previous thoughts. Bit confused by this at the moment.

Good buying opportunity anyway.
