They will do the same as every other company does with on market buybacks.
Their broker will buy back shares on market based upon whatever instructions OZL gives them. The maximum share price that can be paid for shares via an on market buyback is set by the regulator.
I have seen companies announce on market buybacks only to end up buying 1% of their target amount as they changed their mind about the buyback for reasons unknown. OZL aren't going to flag to the market their exact intentions with this buyback.
