It takes time to evaluate if a share buyback is a good idea or not.  It is not going to be much of a short term solution.  As long as MRM can service their debt a share buyback is a good idea at this level as their earnings should be above 10cps and we won’t be trading at this depressed multiple forever (unless the economy tanks, but then we’re in trouble anyways).   It’s especially a good idea if they go for an institutional CR later down the road well above this SP to retire some debt early! Anyways, I’d take a buyback over a dividend.  But doubt it will happen given the uncertainty.  Suspect the name of the game is capital conservation at the moment.
