public knowledge is not common knowledge mate they are very different things. i
ts true that they have a year to buy it over but also true that genepharm will set a price target with abnamro which none of us know. all will depend on their price range/target for a buyback. given that this stock is virtually at its lows atm thats perhaps why the company thinks it a wise move.
