Exfiles, it's called research and when you've been in a stock for 5+yrs and virtually read all of the information and facts available including plotting all drill results which does give you quite a good indication of the size of the resource then it is certainly not fantasy.
But i'll say it again, many of us who based on research believe how big this resource will end up being will be more then happy to be judged on the final outcome!
After all we have yet to be proven wrong in our beliefs up until now!
