Agree. Its a cop out. Any new price sensitive info is immediately released to the market. So why inside trading comes into it is a mystery.
Same goes for directors buying. You can only hope BTA is in the final stages of Licensing. I wont hold my breath.
Why cant we have a market update on HRV or Progress on new anti infection molecules. Just something to help the average punter feel some confidence in holding on.
Why the ASX didnt issue a reverse ticket to BTA is beyond me. BTA obviously would of replied that royalties were lower than the market expected but then could of explained all else is on track and unchanged. May of helped Kangaroo and CGT in their selling decision.
This lack of Communiciation to shareholders is very sad but nothing new.
