just a question, i have not read rule 7.33 properly on the buy back with the 5 vwap, but lets say a positive announcement comes out and the share price spikes to lets say .20 and the share price consolidates over a period of 5 days or more does this still qualify and they are able to purchase at these levels as long as the share price is steady and so on at higher levels.
