MEF announced a share buyback on 5/10/11 through Evans and Partners, and managed a wonderful $4,122.55 worth of shares bought back in the last 12 months.
This is the companies so called Capital Management! seriously - $4,122.55 in 12 months - what a waste of time.
I see MEF have announced another 12 month share buy back - are we to expect another lousy $4k buyback this year?
Why are Evans and Partners even involved? What fees are they ripping out? Obviously David Evans is not involved for the commission on $4k worth of shares.
Just go out and buy back any shares offered on market at less than NTA and then wind this thing up. This fund is a disgrace and a blight on Merrics funds management, surely management want this put behind them too.
At least be proactive - $4k in 12 months is a waste of the paper the announcement was written on.
