Share Buyback

Just dawned on me why the share buyback has not started.

The small, non-marketable purchase facility is set to go ahead on Novemeber 21 at a price of 20c per share.

Consequently, it would probably be viewed as unfair if the company conducted a buyback of shares in excess of that price prior to that date.

So......whilst the company would be entitled to start the buyback at a price of @23.5c, it won't until after November 21.

Makes me wonder why they didn't conduct the small parcel purchase prior to announcing the buyback.
