Did Andrew explain what the steps were? Wouldn't the process just be to appoint a broker, sign a contract with them agreeing to the terms of the deal and then buy shares? I'm surprised that process would take longer than one day or one week max?
I think the stock will struggle to claw back value from the 12 / 13 cent mark until there's evidence that they deliver on the promise.
