Won't be too long before we see those 3E announcements. Maybe Morgans is just being shrewd and waiting for the downward trend to stabilise? Even 1 cent x 43 million means a good Christmas party!
Personally I think it is a brilliant move from XPD - capital raise early in the year at 21 cents, then use it (or cash earned since then) to buy back for 12-13 cents. Free capital
