That statement 'We will only buy shares if the Board considers...

That statement 'We will only buy shares if the Board considers it wise and warranted to do so' was a direct reply to a question of mine..... 'Is there a daily amount you intend to buy?'
The rest of the email is un-ambivalent about the buy back.
So I wouldn't read too much into that one statement. It is more about the daily amount, than the program itself.

But agree with you that the buyback should start asap. We want to see some integrity and trust developing.
