in Sep quarter, their cash flow is slightly ahead without paying tax bill.. and they had net increase of 500k in receivable... and they obtained additional 2 east states licence, and they talked about vertical expansion...SCT is a good option, they both profitable, and at similar market cap, can do 1 to 1 script... that will pull MSG sp to 5c... then raise some money, acquire a east state security company
