Rubicon says up to 10% will be bought back. But will 10% actually be bought back? And over what period of time?

But for those holding RAT, REU or RJT and a bit worried about the current price weakness, give it another month or two.

In December the share buy-back will be happening and by late December the dividend will become payable adding to shareprice strength.
