I like what I've read/heard from the new CEO since taking over (including the recent announcement of the RE sale): she seems a bit rougher and more "real" than the usual polished types IMO
I'm hopeful that a buyback at the current price will be employed to reward shareholders. I will be frustrated if SKT pursues the "but a dividend will attract people back to the stock" approach: investing in companies should be about managing the business in the interest of current shareholders
I'm happy to be patient with SKT if the management demonstrate a thoughtful approach to capital allocation rather than LOLGIVEDIVVIESPLOX
