Yes but that is always the case for owners of publicly listed companies.
To Klogg's point... they actually cannot say too much in terms of what they plan to do with excess capital until they have finalised their strategy and are ready to announce the outcome/plan to the market.
So the general comments made which say that they are looking at all kinds of options with shareholders in mind, including dividends and buybacks is all we can expect now.
It would be the same for any listed company, not just Sky.
