I am really not sure what it will go for. It all depends on what it is worth to a buyer (who may or may not be a developer).
Let’s see if we can get more clues after the property lists in April.
I like to be conservative in my reasoning, and I think $30M-$40M range is a safe assumption for the low end of what we can expect.
I would love to be pleasantly surprised here, and the more we can get for the land/property, the more shares management can buy back.
