I wish you were right but I suspect a buyback are not on the agenda. There's been no mention of such. It would not have been unreasonable for them to actually disclose that post the property sale that some or all of the proceeds would be returned to shareholders via a buyback. So far nothing. I'm disappointed. No idea what they're planning to do with the proceeds but I don't want to see it squandered on new ventures/initiatives when a safe and sure way to deliver decent licks of value to shareholders is through purchasing their own stock. I'm always worried when companies have a one-off windfall, don't say what they're going to do with it. Too often it's squandered and shareholders don't get the benefit.
