As I understand it they cannot buy shares as part of the buyback...

    As I understand it they cannot buy shares as part of the buyback within a certain period of receiving sensitive information. Does anyone know the rules that apply to this? Does the fact that they have not started buying again after the release of the trial delay mean there is more news close?
