IPM incremental petroleum limited

    It would seem to me that the COE offer might be an annoyance with the share buyback.

    If IPM start buying shares then they indirectly increase COE's % of the company when they are cancelled.

    Pity, now is possibly the best time for IPM to start buying shares back on market at these prices. I wonder if the directors are thinking about this?
