NET will have enough money on hand....never proving that they can make a sale..........never proving that they can make a profit.....so they can buy back shares.....sure....Investors ....are you Not Here to Procreate Arachnids.
NET was a company that went public too soon.....they are not a viable economic concern....at some point some Compliance officer, will meet with a Senior partner at the NET Audit firm and say....Look...we know you need to bill to survive....but the Music is going to stop on this one.
The CCP has no incentive to adopt foreign technology that it does not own or control.
Does the CCP own NET, no...the Chinese are sophisticated investors....they would have passed on this dilution dump.
Do they control the technology, not sure, but along with having enough money to do Share Buy Backs...NET also claims to be supporting multiple Country specific code bases, so maybe the CCP has a NET version of their own, developed by OURSOFTSTONES no doubt.
Touters...the next part of a PUMP play like this....is a Reverse Split.......which I expect....soon.
BUYBACKS take money.....where is that going to come from.
