My experiences suggests institutions don’t like large numbers of shares on offer as it creates too many variables for them to control which they love doing.. less shareholders is good for them in most cases providing the stock has some liquidity so they can exit if they like.. They also don’t like investing in small stocks with cheap shares price.. they like market cap 200 to 300 million minimum too..
In regards to your original question yes I’m sure Net in a couple of years will be a company that distributes dividends to share holders providing they have the cash to do so.. Net with high sales volume will also be a high profit company and there is only so much steak and wine the directors can eat and drink!!!
However this is all speculation, first things first, build sales , get into profit and expand..
