A share capital raising will be required probably in the next 6 to 12 months.
So it may be possible to buy the shares at a lower price later on say in the event of a rights issue.
They need to raise at least $US134.4 million (Aust $200.2) for the cost of plant and management costs as estimated in the Quarterly Activity and Cash Flow Report of 30 January 2009.
That is a wopping amount of money that they need to raise and it may end up a lot higher that that amount when the other projects are factored in so earnings will be diluted over many more shares.
