There is no on-going relationship between the companies, however RBK sold some of its Oz assets to Yilgarn in return for shares which were subsequently distributed to RBK shareholders. Yilgarn is a new float and has not traded before - the trading you refer to was the vehicle which Yilgarn was backdoored into (from memory it was called Agro Holdings). The offer period for Yilgarn was extended to July 7 but there has been no announcement as to its success or otherwise - they may be struggling.
