I have received share certificate today but on contacting COMSEC...

    I have received share certificate today but on contacting COMSEC International was advised they could not accept it as it has to be in CREST electronic format. I then contacted Computershare UK who advised IGAS does not offer electronic format. Am I getting correct advice? What do I have to do to get to CREST format?
