share consolidation 10 for 1

I do not beleive it is in the interest of shareholders to vote for this. No matter what mgmt says, there is a dilution in your portfolio value unless the share price increases 10 fold, which we all know can never happen....if it does, it will only be temporarilry and then fall...

So If I had 10 shares now at $1.50, if this share consolidation goes ahead my 10 shares are converted to 1 and best case scenario the share price will levle out around $5/$6, menaningg my portfoli0 value is $6, after consolidation, as opposed to $10.50 pre consolidation.
