I will be watching with interest.

As a shareholder, I would want nothing less than preservation 0R share price to increase x 10. However, objectively speaking, I find it hard to see the market forces comprising willing buyers/sellers, based on financial fundamentals, resulting in this (immediately and upto 1/2 months after share consolidation). Further, even if it went up by 7/8/9 times, there is shareholder dilution.The fact there is a carrot dangling in the 22cents capital return makes me a little more suspicious (eventhough AGM says each resolution is independent of the other)

On this basis, one strategy could be to sell now and re acquiring after the share consolidation(assuming it is voted in).....that way, downside is hedged...all thoughts /comments welcomed..
