Com law has 3 grounds on filling an appeal with the court:
1. the decision was not fair and equitable; 2. decision was against the weight of evidence;
3. has arisen significant new evidence that was not reasonably available at the time of the proceedings
I don't know if it's different from western world but usually that's the grounds.
In any case it will be to hard to prove and will be thrown out.
