Once underway the price will allow real LT investors who currently avoid penny stocks. Will mature the register.
DLM you are completely off track, this does nothing for management or RCF. All shareholders are treated equal in a consol. Any future raisings etc would be pro-rata priced.
The ones that lose are option holders when the qty reduces and ex price increases, makes exercise decision tough.
IME post consol prices often remain flat or slightly dilute if there is no news.
News = SPP uplift, its simple whether 2bn shares or 70m shares!
See LOM, ABU, ITT for post consol price improvements, nothing to do with consol its all about the business and news flow.
