Currently DMN have no trading liquidity(Shares Traded/Total Number of shares on Issue). A trading liquidity of around 1% is best for share holders.

At current difference ebtween buy and sell is 33%(Either Profit or Loss). No INSTO will ever join at such case(even to trade). No Mum & Dad will trade at such levels.

If share trade between 4 to 5 cents then INSTO will jump in to improve trading liquidity.
