As a postnote to my previous post, there is absolutely nothing wrong as far as I can ascertain with a small cap company having 700m shares plus on issue. Sometimes the liquidity in a small stock like SBN can be its saviour although I do concede that since this market is the filthiest I have ever experienced, a small, tightly held register may be a positive for companies currently under full scale attack. SBN is steady atm. I can not see it falling too far below 1c even if things get diabolical over the coming months. The Board of SBN simply need to focus on the business model and not get distracted with corporate issues such as capital consolidations.
