The company will need to recomply with chapters 1and 2, you all know what that means!
with the amount of shares this dog stock has maybe a 20:1 consolidation
i think its really misleading they are saying they are selling the nuurst deposit for $8 mil when they aren't really!
they are selling it for $1mil minus comms and minus the director fees they need to pay to dalton and the other bloke (God knows what he has done) so really they are selling the deposit for under $800k
the other 7mil is if and when this mystery buyer develops the deposit which could be never!
im in the wrong game, should start my own company!
