Roy ,if the company is undervalued it will go up after consolidation .

Blindly quoting what happened to other stocks is irrellevent unless you compare the details of the company involved .Were they overpriced to begin with ? Did they fail to perform fundamentally after consolidation?

Was the company transitioning to a much larger company ,and are they going to grow bigger ?

Was the general market a bear market at the time ?

There are lots of questions before you can blindly make comparisons .


I would also like to know where you got your statistics of 90% of companies go down after consolidation .
I think some of these types of comments are made up ,and have no basis in fact.

I do think JB has some work to do on keeping shareholders informesd .
Performance on their timing is looking a little tarnished at the moment.
