My interpretation Charhad123 of what GC said is "that the stock is very liquid and it's easy to get in (and easy to get out more to the point) and they hope to change that in the near future" means he whants to sure up the registry with insto support so less shares are to be traded by the "general public" hence why he was presenting to uk insto's and why he had a chuckle about it. Also it came directly after saying what % of shares are available to general public which from memory was about 60%.

That's my take on it anyway.I could be wrong.
