the market cap wont change so in theory there shouldn't
be much effect on the share price after consolidation, however the market is not a theoretical world so there is certainly a possibility the price will drop
keep in mind the current market cap is less than $2 mill
so i don't think it should go down too far and if it does may bounce quite strongly on a positive announcement on the funding agreement, if the announcement is not so good
then look out below!
