We all know they are working on a tight budget and I know this has been mentioned a 101 times but if JP is serious take pay cut of half for 12 months. If he is serious about PNO moving forward show it the best way possible by either buying a heap more shares or reduce your pay packet. I find it ridiculous that we little funds but each month he still puts he's hand out for a big pay packet. More than happy for him to be earning Good Money in the future when or if we start to become profitable. This is all in my own opinion though.
