This is a table on Page 16 from the Notice of AGM. I reckon the numbers of warrants of the ADS trading on the Nasdaq as IMMP should not be consolidated.
This is because the conversion ratio will be changed from 100 to 10xIMM shares post consolidation. The numbers of IMMP and its conversion warrants and pricing should not be reduced post consolidation.
I think this is a reporting error and the ADS warrants holders should state their case.
