I meant to short the stock ttb. All gaps get filled particularly if a consolidation disguises bad managerial decisions. Institutional investors are not silly and regardless of whether a MC is justifiable it will be run down.

I support craig and the board with the ytk venture. SBT is a separate issue which I believe one day someone will unlock the secrets to SBT, kinki uni are NBT for those interested, and i am not sure on CRC contractual requirements with the SBT brood.
The company is at a pivotal position atm ttb, as i am surandy would note as well regardless of the re-investment on livestock, there is a compounding effect at hand with penned stock, i am sure of it.
Shares on issue only effect EPS, nothing else. A few bluechips have a billion shares on issue.
The dividend may be absorbed and i appreciate you perspective but also understand where my pov comes from regarding proving to the public and institutions that there is a profit to be made on the ytk, better seen it absorbed as capex instead of opex.
9c is 30% and 100mm mc is not unreasonable.
